Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading Innovative Property Management: As the Senior Property Management Executive, you will provide strategic leadership to your team while ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients across an office portfolio.
  • Enhancing Client and Tenant Satisfaction: You will oversee all aspects of client and tenant engagement, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
  • Financial Oversight: You will be responsible for preparing budgets, financial reports, and managing capital improvement projects, ensuring financial health and transparency.
  • Team Development: Your role will include mentoring and developing your staff, preparing them for future opportunities and growth.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: You will contribute to establishing and refining quality standards, cultural initiatives, and best practices to drive team success.
  • Building Relationships: Your strong communication skills will be essential in managing relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors, ensuring seamless conflict resolution and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in commercial property management, with a focus on office properties.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiations, and documentation.
  • At least seven (7) years of management experience is required.
  • WA Real Estate License is mandatory.
  • Experience with property management accounting platforms such as Yardi, Kardin, or MRI is essential.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture.

Compensation: The estimated total compensation for this position ranges from $144,000.00 to $170,000.00 USD annually, including potential bonuses.
