- 5 years of experience in multifamily property management.
- 2 years of experience in training and development.
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive outlook and collaborate with a team.
- Fluent in English with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
