  • Organize and facilitate monthly all-staff training sessions.
  • Travel to sites to provide support and conduct property inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions and employee progress.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in multifamily property management.
  • 2 years of experience in training and development.
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive outlook and collaborate with a team.
  • Fluent in English with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
