Scion Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Nonprofit Program Manager to lead our program initiatives and drive impact.
Estimated Salary: $68,000 - $109,000 per year
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for community development. As a Nonprofit Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing programs, coordinating resources, and fostering relationships with community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning: Develop and implement program plans that align with our organization's mission and strategic goals.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct research and analysis to identify community needs and gaps in services.
- Program Design: Design program objectives, activities, and outcomes based on identified needs and best practices.
- Budget Management: Manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to funding requirements.
- Grant Management: Oversee grant-funded programs, including proposal writing, grant reporting, and compliance with grant requirements.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement program monitoring and evaluation systems to track progress, measure outcomes, and assess program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in program management or coordination, or a related role within the nonprofit sector.
- Program Development: Demonstrated experience in program planning and implementation, including needs assessments, program design, and outcome measurement.
- Grant Management and Reporting: Proficiency in grant management, including reporting to funders.
- Budget Management: Financial management skills, including experience in developing and managing program budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
- Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and achieving program goals.
- Collaboration and Partnership Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including community partners, funders, volunteers, and program participants.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate program goals, objectives, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
