- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery.
- Coordinate with community partners and stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a shelter or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and policies, including crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field.
