Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and facilities.
- Conduct planned inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in facility management initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and quality.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of industrial or agricultural mechanical experience preferred.
- Excellent PC skills, including MS Office, Excel, Word, and SAP.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical demands of the position include lifting 50 pounds and working in dusty and wet environments.
