Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician - Support Services Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the curb appeal and overall appearance of our communities. Key responsibilities include ensuring vacant units are ready for leasing, completing work orders and service requests, and fostering strong relationships with staff, residents, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist and lead maintenance tasks, including interior and exterior property upkeep, grounds maintenance, and curb appeal enhancement.
- Conduct community inspections to ensure high standards are met.
- Complete unit turns, move-ins, and renovation projects as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Timely completion of work orders and service tasks.
- Possess knowledge of basic flooring, patching, painting, electrical, and plumbing techniques.
- Basic HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance best practices.
- Basic plumbing and maintenance best practices.
- Ensure vendor work is delivered to a high standard.
- Participate in on-call rotations for emergency work orders.
- Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks.
- Assist in training new associates.
- Maintain adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
