Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Fabrication Specialist to join our team at The Boyd Group. As a key member of our auto body repair team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality repairs to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and repair vehicle damage using various tools and techniques
  • Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage
  • Remove and replace damaged vehicle sections with new or aftermarket parts
  • Weld and attach parts to ensure a precise fit
  • Prepare and repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or equivalent
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
  • Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other repairers in an auto body shop
  • Physical stamina to perform repairs and inspections
