Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous assistance to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers and promoting sales through effective merchandising and display techniques.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean and safe store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, processing transactions, and performing other tasks as assigned by management.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store management to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Availability: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40-50 pounds, and walk up and down stairs.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or sales experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $16.25+ per hour, based on experience and availability.
