Interventionist for Children

About the Position:
- We are seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy when working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including schools and homes.
- Developing and implementing personalized behavior intervention plans to promote skill development and independence.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication.
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and data analysis.
Requirements:
- US work authorization.
- Background check clearance.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
- Negative TB test results.
- Reliable vehicle and CA driver's license.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with ASD or similar conditions.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methods.
