## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team at Good Samaritan Society - Waconia. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

## Job Responsibilities

* Provide individualized nursing care to residents, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and implement care plans
* Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate care
* Demonstrate expertise in nursing practice, utilizing evidence-based knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality care
* Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care
* May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed

## Qualifications

* Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
* Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
* Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
