## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team at Good Samaritan Society - Waconia. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

## Job Responsibilities

* Provide individualized nursing care to residents, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop plans of care
* Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care
* Demonstrate expertise in nursing practice, utilizing evidence-based guidelines and standards to inform care decisions
* Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction

## Qualifications

* Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
* Currently holds an unencumbered RN or LPN license with the State Board of Nursing
* Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
* Experience in long-term care or post-acute care preferred
