Process Optimization EngineerAs a Process Optimization Engineer, you'll play a vital role in streamlining our manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, maximize yields, and reduce waste. You'll be responsible for analyzing, developing, and evaluating systems across various stages of production.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough system analyses to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize production flow.
- Developing detailed batching processes and conducting Time Retention Studies to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Evaluating the performance of batching and thermal equipment, identifying root causes of production stoppages, and implementing corrective actions.
- Standardizing batching practices and recipes across our beverage facilities to maintain consistent product quality.
- Monitoring and analyzing batch and thermal data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement lean principles and reduce waste throughout the production process.
- Creating comprehensive technical reports, business presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the beverage industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
