At SourcePro Search, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Risk Management Specialist. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to work closely with various teams to identify, mitigate, and report risks related to exchange trading systems and their supporting infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk management principles and governance frameworks, as well as experience in IT internal audit and external auditors' IT audit deliverables. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as CISA or CISSP.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. If you have a passion for risk assessment and analysis, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk mitigation and compliance;
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies;
  • Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of risk assessments and mitigation efforts.
