YogaSix Mountains Edge is on the lookout for SCULPT instructors. This class is not merely yoga with weights; it is a vigorous, cross-training workout utilizing dumbbells, blocks, and bodyweight exercises to enhance metabolic activity and develop lean muscle mass.

Our participants are fitness enthusiasts seeking skilled and engaging instructors to keep them motivated, safe, and involved. Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrive at the studio at least 15-30 minutes before class begins
  • Establish a personal connection with each participant
  • Design a dynamic and motivating class experience that reflects your personality and skills while adhering to YogaSix standards
  • Prepare the classroom appropriately: Equipment, Mat Spacing, Music, Lighting
  • Deliver high-quality class instruction
  • Engage with participants after class
  • Maintain cleanliness of the studio
  • Build community and foster connections
Successful Candidates Must Possess:
  • Fitness Accreditation/Certified Trainer or 200hr Yoga Training (with experience in teaching group fitness)
  • Outgoing personality with a strong commitment to exceptional client service
  • Genuine ability to connect with individuals on a personal level
  • Willingness to grow and embrace lifelong learning
  • A sense of humor
  • Ability to teach a safe, enjoyable, and innovative class with a focus on participant success, regardless of their experience level
  • Preferred 1+ years of teaching experience
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Physical capability to navigate the classroom freely to demonstrate postures and transitions, monitor movements, provide hands-on adjustments (if desired), and facilitate engaging and energizing classes
  • Ability to ascend stairs as the studio does not have elevators
  • Capability to demonstrate exercises relevant to the class style as needed
  • Physical ability to lift and manage 1-10 lb. equipment
  • Proficiency in verbal communication (English)
