We're seeking an experienced Diversity and Inclusion Lead to join our External Games team. As a key member of our production team, you'll lead the development and execution of our game's D&I strategy, ensuring our games are inclusive, accessible, and representative of diverse voices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a shared D&I framework for games, including goals and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Producers, Ops, and Designers to execute and implement best practices throughout development.
  • Oversee daily operations of production within D&I initiatives, providing guidance and support to cross-functional partners.
  • Manage a small team of Producers with a focus on accessibility.
  • Partner with External Games to ensure diversity and inclusion are integral to our game sourcing, development, and design frameworks.
  • Work with Business Affairs to prioritize Games industry impact initiatives and provide input on how to support and amplify underrepresented talent.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on Production, Project Management, and/or Design.
  • Direct experience working in areas that help teams progress in their diversity and inclusion efforts, including implementing frameworks that promote representation and cultural differences.
  • Understanding of the ever-changing landscape of inclusion, accessibility, and representation within new media, tech, and the entertainment industry.
  • Experience leading through influence and inspiration, with the ability to cultivate relationships to promote results.
  • Passion for playing and creating games, as well as ensuring our games can be played by everyone.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, and more. Our compensation structure consists of an annual salary, with the option to choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. The range for this role is $160,000 - $610,000.
