Job Summary:

The Service of Process Department Coordinator plays a vital role in managing incoming service of process requests from clients. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a seamless experience to our clients at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming service of process requests from clients through a busy inbox
• Set up and assign service of process requests to messengers and process servers
• Provide quality control on all service attempts made by field servers
• Answer client inquiries and respond to incoming client email and phone requests for service of process

Requirements:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• Previous service of process experience is highly preferred
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and Adobe
• Must have a customer service mindset
