Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to join our team at Right at Home West Los Angeles, CA.

Job Summary

As a caregiver with our organization, you will provide essential assistance and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and engage in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management, as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role is preferred.
  • Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Have a registered Home Care Aide (HCA) license.
  • Recent TB test (negative).
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and own insured automobile to drive clients on appointments preferred.
