Job Summary

Faith Technologies, a leading provider of electrical planning, engineering, design, and installation services, is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, time sheets, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 8,000 hours of relevant work experience or completion of an apprenticeship program.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
