Electrical Superintendent Job Description

Faith Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Superintendent to lead our electrical teams on the job site. As a comprehensive authority in the field of electrical and energy services, Faith leads industry change through a dedicated investment in technology, strategic project consulting, and process engineering that drives productivity, value, and above all, safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead electrical teams on the job site and maintain current licensing and training requirements.
  • Manage large projects (15+ electricians or multiple small-medium projects simultaneously) effectively while routinely meeting and/or beating estimated job costs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed Faith's productivity goals.
  • Familiar with Faith's estimating software and demonstrate successful and consistent usage of Faith internal resources.
  • Conduct jobsite safety evaluations and develop and integrate project schedule effectively with other trades.
  • Effectively communicate areas of concern/opportunity to PM in order to maintain or improve margin.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
