We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team at Faith Technologies, Inc. (FTI). As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within commercial and industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate electrical installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
- Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- 8,000 hours of equivalent work experience or completion of an apprenticeship program.
- Ability to travel 60-75% of the time.
- Availability to work between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
