Overview:

The Healthcare Relationship Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering connections between our facility and local healthcare providers, ensuring seamless transitions for patients.


Key Responsibilities:

Internal Duties:
  • Manage admissions agreements.
  • Enhance customer service and first impressions.
  • Conduct tours for potential residents and their families.
  • Develop partnerships with nearby hospitals.
  • Organize and execute marketing initiatives to attract referral sources and engage the community.

External Duties:
  • Conduct pre-admission evaluations to facilitate safe care transitions.
  • Oversee account integration to boost referrals and admissions, aiming for year-over-year market growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the Centralized Admissions Department and facility staff regarding patient clinical needs and admission status.
  • Engage with patients and families at the hospital to address inquiries.
  • Plan and implement marketing events to encourage visits from referral sources.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of two years in marketing or liaison roles within Senior Living, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long-Term Care, Home Health, or Hospice settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • A bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

This role reports to the Regional Director of Business Development and requires a proactive individual who can work independently with minimal oversight. Exceptional observational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential for success in this position.
