Position Overview:

Welcome to The Lash Lounge, where we embrace beauty and style with enthusiasm. We are currently looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to enhance our dynamic team and foster a welcoming environment. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in establishing a warm and inclusive atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in selling memberships and scheduling follow-up appointments
  • Greet clients with warmth and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage appointment scheduling both in-person and via phone
  • Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized salon space
  • Support inventory management and various operational duties

Essential Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in documenting client visits
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings
  • Familiarity with MindBody Software is advantageous, but not required
