Position Overview

As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in establishing a warm and inclusive atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

Your responsibilities will include managing appointment bookings, addressing client inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring the front desk operations run seamlessly. Collaboration and teamwork are key values in our salon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in promoting memberships and coordinating follow-up appointments.
  • Provide a warm welcome to clients and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage appointment scheduling both in-person and via phone.
  • Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized salon environment.
  • Assist with inventory management and various operational duties.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in recording client visits and taking notes.

  • Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with MindBody Software is advantageous, though not required.
