Job Summary

The Physical Therapist 1 provides high-quality patient care through comprehensive evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation to maximize the patient's functional level and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluates patients to identify treatment needs and goals.

Develops and implements individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.

Provides education to patients and families on proper techniques and strategies for optimal recovery and health outcomes.

Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.

Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.

Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
