Job Summary:

West Texas Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Physical Therapy Specialist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer physical therapy evaluations and treatments to pediatric patients under the direct supervision of the Director of Pediatric Services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient treatment plans and progress.
• Supervise Physical Therapy student interns and other staff members as needed to ensure seamless delivery of care.
• Evaluate and administer evidence-based physical therapy treatments to patients, including application of physical agents, therapeutic exercises, and techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and address any concerns or questions regarding patient treatment.
• Progress patient care plans and upgrade skilled services as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate billing and coding of modalities and procedures delivered to patients.

Requirements:
• A graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and current Texas State Licensure are required for this position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the growth and success of our organization is crucial.
