Physician Rehabilitation Specialist

Next Move Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
Job OverviewWe require a highly motivated and compassionate individual to evaluate, treat, and monitor patients while advancing their clinical skills and adhering to evidence-based practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and an ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized therapy plans.
- Treat patients with a focus on improving mobility, strength, and functional ability.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers to ensure high standards of care.
- Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant work experience beyond the minimum qualification.
- Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable.
- Certification/License:
- Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire/transfer.
- Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $117,840 - $175,920, based on a 12-hour shift schedule and 36 hours of work per week.
