We are currently seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our advanced software solutions designed for our sustainment operations. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to assist both technicians and the applications in use. You will be responsible for troubleshooting various user-reported issues, delivering training as needed, and generating reports for users and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including large groups and various levels of personnel.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current GOLDesp MRO functionalities.
- Possess a foundational understanding of all GOLDesp capabilities.
- Participate in Tier 1 & Tier 2 Program Meetings and any necessary ad-hoc meetings.
- Address inquiries and concerns from users.
- Provide on-the-job training as required.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure visibility and engagement.
- Offer constructive feedback to program/site representatives regarding GOLDesp usage.
- Collaborate closely with site/program subject matter experts and account managers to deliver GOLDesp support.
- Assist in testing system upgrades and conducting regression testing as needed.
- Understand Boeing's ticketing and help request processes.
- Support programs and functions during LEAN events related to GOLDesp.
- Contribute to program processes from a technical perspective concerning GOLDesp.
- Facilitate scheduled GOLDesp training sessions as needed.
- Develop a high-level understanding of all program process flows.
- Assist in diagnosing customer issues and identifying root causes (process, training, software defects, etc.).
Work Environment:
This position requires 100% onsite work at our facility.

Basic Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of current GOLDesp MRO functionalities.
- Experience in maintenance, supply/logistics, or property management.
- Strong team player with excellent analytical and reasoning skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of at least one GOLDesp functional module and a high-level understanding of all modules.
- Familiarity with Boeing MRO systems is advantageous.
Education & Experience:
Typically requires advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and approximately 9 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
