About the Role:

The Senior Resource Manager will be responsible for presenting available internal and external resources to fit project demand and budget. This role will influence and partner with CoE management to achieve the highest utilization and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collection, management, and communication of detailed resource specifications for assigned practice
  • Proactive identification of resources using various methods or open specifications
  • Coaching management on best practices related to open advertisements
  • Screens and makes recommendation nominations with management
  • Escalation of urgent requests on priority staffing calls
  • Confirmation of assignment end dates by inquiring on extension opportunities
  • Detailed knowledge of assigned consultants' skill levels, experience, and staffing preferences
  • Active monitoring of the selection/acceptance process for assigned resources
  • Offering creative solutions when no resources with necessary skill sets are available
  • Recommendation of creative ways to utilize unassigned consultants
  • Identification and resolution of resourcing challenges, obstacles, conflicts, and political issues
  • Update of system with resource selection decision and supporting reason
  • Maintenance of data integrity
  • Consolidation and provision of overall practice reports and support for ad hoc resourcing reporting
  • Coaching assigned management and representatives on resourcing roles and responsibilities, processes, policies, and rules of engagement

Requirements:

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, utilizing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and/or supervise lower-level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically 5 years of resource management experience or related experience needed.

About the Team:

The Center for Excellence migration work is critical to the success of RevElate deployment to the market. The CoE team will be deploying the RevElate software to our customer base to ensure value of platform is achieved.
