Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and make informed decisions on inquiries from Aftermarket teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage customer maintenance contracts, including invoicing, financial oversight, and service scheduling.
  • Analyze KPIs to drive consistent performance and process enhancements.
  • Deliver training to team members on both new and existing procedures.
  • Collaborate with management and product support to initiate and implement improvement projects.
  • Work alongside data analysts to interpret data and generate actionable reports.

  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in product support is preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
