Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Preparation and Financial Tracking: Assist with the preparation and management of budgets for research studies, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.
  • Grant Proposal Development: Help develop and submit grant proposals, collaborating with researchers and other stakeholders to secure funding.
  • Financial Planning and Implementation: Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of grant-funded projects, ensuring timely and effective financial management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a relevant field.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in finance, grants management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Advanced Excel skills are a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $18.29 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
