Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Urban Peak Denver. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with all grant and contract requirements. This includes managing a compliance tracking system, providing regular reports to senior leadership, and collaborating with the Development Department on proposal design. You will also lead contract negotiation, execution, implementation, and monitoring. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of professional or technical experience in planning the administrative aspects of a program and a bachelor's degree or higher in public policy, public administration, business, non-profit management, or a related field. A background in government grant oversight is highly desired. Salary: $70,000 per year.

Responsibilities: Collaboration with the Development Department on proposal design; Leading contract negotiation, execution, implementation, and monitoring; Management of a compliance tracking system; Provision of regular reports to senior leadership; Attainability of outputs and outcomes in grant proposals; Liaison between granting entities and the agency;

Requirements: Professional experience planning the administrative aspects of a program; Education in public policy, public administration, business, non-profit management, or a related field; Background in government grant oversight highly desired; Familiarity with local, state, and federal grant programs desired; Experience in managing programs or grants, creating plans, developing and monitoring contracts, and reporting for performance and compliance; Results-driven environment; Trauma-informed care and positive youth development sensitivity; Second language proficiency in written and verbal communication.
