Position Overview:
The primary role of the Construction Technology Coordinator involves overseeing the implementation and utilization of Procore Project Management software throughout the organization while providing essential end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve certification in all Procore tools utilized by the company.
2. Act as the main point of contact with Procore for troubleshooting and product enhancement.
3. Collaborate with division offices to ensure efficient and uniform use of the system.
4. Update training materials in the Company Training Center for product updates and operational procedures.
5. Conduct training sessions for new Procore users, both individually and in small groups, including mobile device training for field supervision.
6. Generate monthly usage analysis reports for each division.
7. Develop an annual training plan for end users.
8. Continuously enhance understanding of Procore capabilities and implement relevant updates.
9. Identify and promote efficiencies that Procore can offer the organization.
10. Explore potential integrations of specific Procore tools with the company's ERP system (COINS OA).
11. Attend the annual Procore user conference.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) across diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively, even under tight deadlines.
- Experience in documenting and conveying project completion and status information to various departments.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with construction-related software.
- Willingness to travel to division offices and job sites, including occasional overnight trips.
- A four-year degree in business, IT, or engineering is required.
- Experience in construction project management is preferred.

Supervision:
This position reports directly to the Construction Technology Manager.
