Store Manager, Leadership and Customer Service Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a Store Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our stores and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Team Management: Develop strong relationships with customers and team members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and team performance.
- Store Operations and Performance: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Leadership and Development: Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their full potential and contribute to the store's success.
- Account Management and Recovery: Assist in managing account recovery processes, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer accounts.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with at least two years of customer service or sales experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to work a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance.
