Company OverviewMGA Homecare has been providing private duty nursing, skilled nursing visits, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy services within the home and community-based setting for over a decade. Our goal is to make the lives of our patients and their families easier by demonstrating compassion and integrity at the heart of everything we do.
CompensationThe salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000 annually, plus a monthly auto and cell phone allowance totaling $4,200.00 annually. This makes the total estimated annual compensation around $83,200.00.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled RN with leadership capabilities to oversee the care coordination of clinical staff, patients, and their families/caregivers, and physicians or other care providers. As a Clinical Case Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring direct supervision of CNAs, LPNs, and RNs in the field
- Developing individualized plans of care for each client
- Providing support, guidance, and education to patients and their families/caregivers
- Completing all clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Complying with continuing quality improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current state license as a Registered Nurse, BSN preferred
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience required (two years preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, flexible, good organizational and time management skills
- Current CPR card and Current health certificate as applicable
- Current state driver's license and automobile insurance
