Key Requirements
- All staff operate in client homes, community settings, and/or outpatient offices
- A valid driver's license and current auto insurance are mandatory
- Reliable transportation is essential
- Must successfully pass comprehensive background checks and drug screenings
- Availability during daytime and early evening hours (weekend availability is a plus)
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are required
- High energy and enthusiasm are essential
- Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential

New BCBAs may inherit an existing caseload or cultivate their own, with opportunities to explore areas of special interest that can enhance stakeholder engagement.
