Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the Cellular Therapy Lab, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and FAC accreditation standards.
  • Oversee a dynamic team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of laboratory operations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve laboratory efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of laboratory operations with other departments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of laboratory results and data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as biology, chemistry, or a related life science.
  • At least 10 years of related clinical experience in Cell Therapy, Bone Marrow Transplant/Processing in clinical and research environments.
  • Proven leadership experience as a Supervisor or higher, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
