IOP Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate IOP Clinician to join our team at Vermont Employer. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide direct services to children and families, utilizing a trauma-informed, systems-based, coordinated, cross-sector, and family-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities- Provide assessment and counseling to children, families, and/or groups with behavioral, emotional, mental health, and/or substance use needs.
- Facilitate referrals and communication between agencies for other services on behalf of the child.
- Attend team meetings to plan and monitor services.
- Provide consultation services to teachers, school personnel, and community partners as needed.
- Responsible for all required written documentation, adhering to all UCS recordkeeping requirements for all cases.
- Masters degree in a relevant human service field with some experience providing counseling services to families and children.
- Licensure or on-track for licensure in Vermont as a Social Worker, Psychologist, or Mental Health Professional required.
- Knowledgeable in the use of, or willing to be trained in, clinical practices informed by evidence-based models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC), and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
- Valid Drivers License.
- Typing and navigating Microsoft Windows literacy, and email usage.
