  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Project a professional image and demeanor at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams through excellent written and verbal skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
  • At least three years of experience as a licensed pharmacist with enhanced clinical responsibilities.
  • Active registration as a licensed pharmacist in the state of Texas.
  • Sterile Compounding Certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) or specialty certification in a related area.
  • Registration as a preceptor with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
