Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services that align with our organization's mission and vision.
- Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and service.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports to ensure the effective use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices to ensure the delivery of evidence-based care.
- Provide education and training to staff on clinical pharmacy services, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.
- PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in Utah.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
