We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Mergers and Acquisitions Structuring team in New York. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financings.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the structuring and execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, deal negotiation, and integration planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including corporate executives, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment banking, corporate finance, and legal.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the M&A market.
- Prepare and present complex financial models and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Our Mergers and Acquisitions Structuring team is a dynamic and entrepreneurial group that advises clients on complex transactions. We work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to achieve their goals.
Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with experience in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
