Are you a skilled sales professional looking for a challenging opportunity to grow your career? As a Senior Account Executive at AT&T, you will play a key role in selling our pre-deployed fiber-based broadband network assets to small business and mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell AT&T enterprise IP and data services to accounts from all AT&T market segments.
  • Prospect and qualify leads within assigned territory via phone or premise visits.
  • Owning the relationship with property managers and securing the ability of AT&T to solicit customers in exchange for advanced network assets.
  • Interfacing with customers' other AT&T account teams to properly serve and approach key clients in existing market segments.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer competitive base pay plus commission with the ability to earn additional compensation based on meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Our most successful Sales Executives can overachieve up to 300%. The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $74,900 + commission with a total target compensation of $75,000 – $104,900. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills.
  • 2-5 years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience.
  • Fiber broadband technology experience and knowledge preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree, technical discipline preferred.
