Position Overview
As a Facility Maintenance Attendant, you will be responsible for the thorough cleaning and upkeep of designated District facilities. This role is essential in ensuring that our buildings are safe, clean, and prepared for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance tasks across various facilities.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.
- Oversee community service volunteers when necessary.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in custodial or building maintenance roles.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and building systems.
- Skills in minor repairs and carpentry work.
- Knowledge of safe handling and storage of cleaning equipment.
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns professionally.
- Understanding of safe disposal methods for hazardous materials.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
