We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Handler II to join our team at PROCEPT BioRobotics. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Participate in or lead daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain accurate records for raw materials, intermediates, disposables, and spare parts.
- Outbound Shipments: Prepare outbound shipments by retrieving and palletizing goods, and fulfill parts for work orders and expedite items to address shortages.
- Communication: Communicate part shortages or issues to the Warehouse & Logistics team, and enter the cleanroom when necessary to issue or count parts.
- Warehouse Operations: Operate a pallet jack and maintain an orderly, clean warehouse environment.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment or within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Availability: Must be available to work swing shifts and adapt to varying schedules as needed.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment, and strong problem-solving and team-working skills.
- Education: Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role within a regulated industry, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Skills: Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software, specifically QAD, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
- Location: Live within 30 miles of our HQ to ensure timely arrival and flexibility for shift coverage.
