About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at WMCHealth, a leading healthcare provider in the region.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of medical research and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and implement interventions to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Education and Training: Empower patients and families with knowledge and skills to manage their health.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure in New York State as a Registered Nurse, or permittee.
  • Minimum one year Med/Surg experience preferred; minimum two years critical care or Emergency Room experience preferred.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC, ENPC, and CEN preferred.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per annum
