Job Description: As a leader in medication therapy management, you will play a vital role in disease state management, optimizing medication therapy, delivering outstanding patient-centered care, and assisting in managing acute and chronic conditions. You will actively deliver patient care services, supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns, and uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance. You will also implement company initiatives to increase profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D is required, as well as an active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice. Certification as a Immunizer is preferred. The ability to work a variety of schedules, including dayshift, evenings, holidays, and weekends, is also essential.
