Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service, answering telephone calls, preparing patient files, and handling medical records entries accurately. You will also educate clients on basic animal care questions and routine procedures, and admit patients while ensuring accurate payment transactions.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working as a veterinary receptionist or CSR preferred but not required.
- Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment.
- Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people.
