About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients with complex medical needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to patients with geriatric conditions, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of older adults.
  • Participate in educational programs and workshops to stay up-to-date on best practices in geriatric care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working with older adults and their families, preferably in a geriatric care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, with current licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
