Position Available: Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming inquiries and making outbound calls while managing the customer database
  • Overseeing product inventory - monitoring incoming shipments, sales, and returns to ensure timely stock replenishment
  • Assisting customers who visit our facilities
  • Acquiring knowledge about our product offerings and their applications within the restaurant industry

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) and comfortable with computer usage
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Fluency in Arabic is required
