Clinical Assistant

This role involves providing safe and competent patient-centered care under the direction of a registered nurse. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an acute care setting and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care services to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Support an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practice the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups.
Qualifications:
- Prefer experience in an acute care setting.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
- Must possess one of the following certifications: CNA, Medical Assistant, or LVN/ADN/BSN student with completion of first semester.
- BLS certification required upon hire and maintained thereafter.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
