About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physician Assistant to join our dynamic Rheumatology team. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care, collaborating with physicians, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer diagnostic tests, interpret results, and make informed decisions.
- Provide education and support to patients on disease management and prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- PA certification from a recognized accrediting agency.
- State licensure or eligibility to practice in Texas.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
